Steve Powers (ESPO) was commissioned by Macy’s to paint their parking lot on Livingston & Hoyt in Brooklyn. The piece, “Love Letter to Brooklyn” covers the ugly garage with shadowed block lettering and illustrations inspired by Downtown Brooklyn.
